If there is no PCB mark or PCB mark= "unknow" in "update firmware",please download applicable firmware according to your motherboard as folows.

Motherboard_V1: Download firmware



Motherboard_V2: Download firmware



Motherboard_V3: Download firmware

Click reset button 3 sec. MV-370 will restore default IP. Other setting as usual.

MV-372

Motherboard_V1: Download firmware



Motherboard_V2: Download firmware

After download applicable firmware in local PC,please update as follows
　　　Update -> New Firmware
　　　Mothod : http
　　　Code Type : Risc
　　　Select voip.gz (no need to unzip)
　　　Click [update].

Important !!!
Please note: Don't press any key or turn off power or break internet till you see homepage of MV-37X.
It is about 2-3 minutes after press [update].
Otherwise,it will cause serious problem
